For the nature of certification and validation, we maintain the following database. Because there is no sensitive data collected e.g. password, credit card etc. directly through our website, the information is unencrypted and secure.

• Your Name (For the records and verification of certification)
• Email Address (For the records and essential communication)
• Linkedin Profile (Optional) for Hall of Fame
• Record of your earned certifications

We may use your email address to contact you for internal communication and promotion (with option to opt-out), but we will never provide this information to any third party. We may also use your certification records for internal analytics and decision making for our offerings.
